Built in the 1960s, Norfolk House is a 5-storey building located in Birmingham City Centre, comprising floors of executive offices with retail units fronting Smallbrook Queensway.
Glancy Nicholls Architects were first appointed to refurbish the ground floor reception back in 2006. In early 2016, the client decided the reception area again needed refreshing. The new refurbishment includes for access control and a new seating area, complete with a self-service hot drinks counter.
The main staircore of the building was also fully refurbished to include new walnut timber panelling to the lift car elevation, enhanced lighting and new flooring throughout, thus improving the welcome area in general.
